After collecting all data, the design and construction is then delivered timeously.
We design all mechanical systems packages such as e.g. pipelines, water and waste water treatment plants, pump systems, conveyor belt systems and operations. i.e., Water treatment plants for the treatment of raw water by mechanical or chemical processes meeting Drinking water Standards for the country, or Wastewater treatment receiving wastewater from Wastewater transmission (ref. “Transmission”) to remove contaminants through mechanical, chemical and biological processes.
Design Exemption
The following projects are typically excluded from design work:
- a) Installation or replacement of like-for-like valves, fittings and meter assemblies with components that are fully compliant with the Client Material Supply standard.
- b) Repair of system components or replacement with similar Client approved components of the same operational capacity as described in the original design.
- c) Maintaining corrosion protection on facilities, unless a new corrosion protection system is proposed. Qualification for the design exemption being subject to works being reviewed by Clients engineers of choice with suitable qualification and experience and completed to Client standard design and the asset data, including as-built drawings updated to the current standard.
