Mining and industrial pulp and slurry rubber hose:

This range is specifically designed to be flexible and, where necessary abrasion resistant, and to withstand suction or pressure. A variety of inner liners are available with the hoses dependant on conditions of usage and application. Pulp and slurry hoses are available with flanges and electronic wear detection indicators alerting the customer of wear in the hose.

Reusable Split flange couplings:

Designed to handle pressures of up to 1 000kpa, these couplings are ideal for connecting hose to hose, hose to steel pipe, or joining a rubber hose to HDPE pipe. It is available for hose sizes from 50mm to 610mm and compatible with all major flange standards and it is cast from a high-grade corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy. Additionally, the spilt flange is reusable when the hose needs to be replaced.

Rubber Sheeting and Lining:

The extensive Jeking range of sheeting and lining materials include general-purpose lining, insertion, neoprene, nitrile through to butyl, silicone, hypalon and viton.

The range also includes Jeking linatex®, a superior natural rubber-based product that is capable of withstanding the harshest applications. The range is available in a variety of surface finishes, with widths up to 2000mm and thicknesses of 1,5mm–50mm and most polymers are kept in stock. The sheeting can be cut to customer specifications.
